We work with trusted UAE logistics partners to ensure your order arrives safely, on time, and in perfect condition.

Business days are Sunday–Thursday. Orders placed on Friday/Saturday or public holidays are processed the next business day.

4. Order Processing

All orders are subject to the following processing timeline before dispatch:
- Confirmation: You will receive an order confirmation email/SMS immediately after placing your order
- Processing time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business hours during working hours (9am–6pm, Sun–Thu)
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM will be processed the following business day
- Payment verification may add up to 30 minutes for online card payments
- Stock confirmation: In rare cases of stock discrepancy, we will contact you within 2 hours to offer an alternative or full refund

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- An SMS and/or email with your tracking number and courier name
- A direct link to track your shipment in real time
- Delivery status updates at key milestones (dispatched, out for delivery, delivered)
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website or app under “My Orders”, or by contacting our customer service team with your order number.

6. Delivery Attempts & Failed Delivery

Our courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts. If delivery is unsuccessful:
- Our courier will contact you by phone or SMS before attempting delivery
- If no one is available, a notification card/SMS will be left and a second attempt made the next business day
- After 2 failed attempts, your order will be held at the courier’s facility for3 days
- If uncollected after 3 days, the order will be returned to Al Fan Emirates
- You will be contacted to arrange re-delivery (a re-delivery fee may apply) or a refund of the item value (excluding delivery fees)

You will receive an SMS/email notification once your order is ready for collection. Please bring your order confirmation and a valid Emirates ID or passport.
Click & Collect orders not collected within 7 days will be cancelled and refunded.

8. Packaging & Handling
التعبئة والمناولة
All Al Fan Emirates orders are carefully packed to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition:
- Apparel is folded, tissue-wrapped, and sealed in branded bags
- Cosmetics and fragile household items are bubble-wrapped and box-packed
- Large or bulky items are double-boxed for extra protection
- All packages are sealed with Al Fan Emirates branded tape
If your parcel arrives visibly damaged or tampered with, please refuse the delivery and contact us immediately. Take photos before opening if damage is noticed after receipt.

9. Special Notes & Exceptions

- Public Holidays: Delivery may be delayed during UAE public holidays (Eid, National Day, New Year). We will notify customers of any delays.
- Ramadan Hours: Processing and delivery times may be extended during the Holy Month of Ramadan.
- Extreme Weather: Deliveries may be suspended during dust storms, flooding, or other extreme weather events for safety reasons.
- Remote Areas: Some remote areas in Fujairah, Al Ain, and the northern emirates may require an additional 1–2 days.
- Large / Bulky Items: Items above a certain weight or size may require a separate delivery quote. Our team will contact you before processing.
- International Delivery: Currently, Al Fan Emirates delivers within the UAE only. International shipping is not available at this time.
